All Speakers: What You Need to Submit/Upload

For Your Website Profile:

  • Photo/Headshot – A high-resolution picture of yourself. Suitable file formats are Jpeg and eps.

  • Social Media/Website – LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and a Website link are acceptable

  • Bio – A speaker description (150 words or less) related to your professional background.

  • Profile Content (Multi-Media) – Your website profile page can act as interactive platforms to provide visitors with information about you and your expertise within the space. Content assets that can be included in your website profile include any YouTube videos, articles, social media feeds, and other forms of media.

VIEW EXAMPLE PROFILE

For Your Digital Platform Profile:

  • Photo/Headshot – A high-resolution picture of yourself. Suitable file formats are Jpeg and eps. You can use the same image as the website. You can use the same image as the website.

  • Video Bio – A recorded video (2 minutes or less) related to your professional background and work with the technology. This video will be included in your online digital platform speaker profile page. Information to include:  Name, Company, Title/Role, How you are using/evaluating the technology at your company (what purpose), Something you can help others learn, Something you are looking to learn

  • Text Bio – A speaker description (150 words or less) related to your professional background. You can use the same description as the website.

  • Profile Content (Multi-Media) – Your profile page on the digital platform can act as interactive platforms to provide visitors with information about you and your expertise within the space. Digital assets that can be included in your profile are YouTube videos, articles, social media feeds, and other forms of media.

Solo Case Study Presenters: Need to Submit / Upload:

Pre-Event Presentation Title & Description

A title and short abstract for your talk. This text will be included on the conference website agenda and other event materials. The information does not need to be final in terms of what attendees see online at the event in October and will act more as a temporary placeholder to give prospective audience members an idea of the focus of your talk.

Title
Your session title should grab the interest of attendees and concisely tell attendees what your session is about.

Description

The recommended abstract must be at least 250 words. However, ensure your abstract is succinct and speaks to both the topic and context of your presentation. The description must also explain what the attendee will learn from your presentation.

Final Presentation Title & Description

A final title and short description/synopsis for your talk. This text will be included on the conference website and in the related online digital platform channels.

Presentation Slides

Copy of presentation slide deck. The slides will be included in the related online digital platform channels and made available to the online event audience.

Presentation Video Recording

Recording of your talk. The recording will be live streamed through the online digital platform and made available for on-demand access to the online event audience.

Group Discussion Moderators: Need to Submit / Upload:
