For the EWTS Everywhere Website:
Company Logo: A high-resolution version of your company logo. Suitable file formats are .SVG, .EPS, and .PNG (with transparent background), and file size limit is 1mb. Any logos submitted in alternate formats may appear lower quality on the website and other event materials.
Company Bio: A description (150 words or less) of your history, solutions, and services in the space.
Multimedia Content: Make your website profile interactive. Include any YouTube videos, articles or other digital/online content featuring your company’s solutions.

For the Online Platform (Your Digital Exhibition Profile):
Virtual Booth Demo Video – A pre-recorded video (around 3 minutes suggested length; 5 min max) of a live demonstration of your product(s) and/or service(s). The idea is to capture the conversation you would have with an attendee who just walked up to your booth at an in-person event. This video is required for your digital profile. Information you’ll want to include:
Company name + the name(s)/role(s) of the speaker(s) in the video
Introduce the solution(s) you offer and describe who uses/would benefit from using it
Explain how you’re helping real enterprises (results/ROI)
Demonstration or example of your product/service in action
General Company Information (Home)

Downloadable/Viewable Content (Multimedia) – Visitors to your digital booth can download and/or add materials you provide to their Digital Briefcase for later consumption. You’ll want to provide a range of digital collateral, such as: Blog Posts, Brochures, Case Studies, Catalogues, FAQs, Free Trials/Demos, How-to Videos, Press Releases, Promo Videos, Presentations, Technical Guides, Training, White Papers
Products – Upload detailed information about your solution(s), including product/service names, images, descriptions, specifications, pricing, URL, and more. You can make items/services available for purchase directly from the platform and even include a special offer (ex. percentage discount, giveaway, etc.)
