Register Your Staff

Instructions for Registering Attendees

1. Open this link to Sponsor/Exhibitor Registration portal.

2.
Enter the customized registration code(s) you received into the “Registration Code” field and click "APPLY".

3.
Click the dropdowns next to the Full Access and Exhibit Only Pass Types with the numbers agreed upon in your contract and click “Order Now”.

4.
Enter the attendee contact information for each pass and click “Complete Reservation”.

6.
You will be directed to a confirmation page and we will send confirmation emails to you and your team.

Registering Additional Attendees

Registering Additional Attendees: If you need staff passes in addition to the number outlined in your signed contract, you can purchase up to 5 additional tickets at the discounted rates of:

Instructions for Registering Additional Attendees:

1. Open this link to Sponsor/Exhibitor Registration portal.

2. Enter one of the above coupon codes, keeping in mind that you are only allowed up to 5 additional tickets for purchase. Then, click "Apply". *Note that the coupon codes are case sensitive

3. Click the dropdowns to select the number of additional tickets you would like to purchase, and click “Order Now”.

4. Enter the attendee contact information for each pass and click “Complete Reservation”.

5. Enter your email, billing information and payment method, and agree to the terms of service by checking the box. 

6. Once all information is entered, click "Complete Reservation". You will be directed to a confirmation page and we will send confirmation emails to you and your team.

EWTS Conference App

  • The EWTS conference app is a secure resource allowing event participants the opportunity to connect and interact with one another before, during and after the conference. We want to ensure that the dialogue and networking that takes place at EWTS goes beyond just your on-site attendance.
  • The app will go live a couple of weeks before the show, allowing you to see, communicate and connect with all attendees, speakers and other sponsors. All conference participants will be notified via email when the app goes live. Sponsor attendees must be registered in order to gain access.
  • When the app is live, sponsors/exhibitors will be able to purchase a lead capture tool to scan attendee badges for onsite connections. Sponsors and Exhibitors who have registered will be notified via email with the details for purchasing the lead retrieval platform.

Onsite Arrival Instructions for Sponsors/Exhibitors: 

1. Upon arrival, exhibitor attendees should proceed to the Sponsor/Exhibitor Registration Desk at the entrance of the Main Stage to pick up their badges and other conference materials (Ex. t-shirt and workbook).

Please have a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license or passport) to pick up your badge onsite. Badges will not be issued without a photo ID. Please wear your badge at all times inside the venue. Picking up badges on behalf of a colleague is not permitted
