All Speakers: Need to Submit the Following

For EWTS 2021 Website Profile


All speakers need to submit the following:

1. Headshot (high-res, JPG or PNG)
2. Short bio (250 words or less)
3. Social media: Links to your LinkedIn and/or Twitter profiles

Deadline: Friday, August 13, 2021

SUBMIT YOUR WEBSITE MATERIALS
  • Headshot – high-resolution photo of yourself. Suitable file formats = JPEG or EPS.

  • Social Media & Other Links– LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and/or YouTube, plus a personal or company website.

  • Bio – 150-word (max) description of your professional background.

  • Multimedia Content – Provide website visitors with articles, videos, social feeds and other media related to your work.

Online Platform Profile

You don't need to submit anything for your online platform profile, although you will record a short video bio for this profile when you record your presentation (no separate recording appointment necessary). Details for setting up your speaker profile on the online platform can be found in the Online Platform Information section of this portal.

Presenters: Need to Submit

Title & Abstract for Your Talk

For the event website and other event materials:

1. Title
Your presentation title should generate interest while also letting attendees know what the session is about.

2. Abstract (description)
250 words (recommended) speaking to the presentation topic and what attendees can expect to learn (see example below).

Deadline: Monday, August 16, 2021

SUBMIT YOUR TITLE & ABSTRACT

Presentation Slides

A copy of your slide deck to accompany your session recording. This will also be uploaded to the online platform for attendees to save/view.

Deadline: 2 days (48 hours) prior to your session recording appointment

Moderators & Chairs: Need to Submit

Presentation Slides (Optional)

A copy of the slide deck to accompany your panel (Moderator) or opening/closing remarks (Chair). This will also be uploaded to the online platform for attendees to save/view.
