CODE OF CONDUCT

All attendees, speakers, sponsors and volunteers at our conference are required to agree with the following code of conduct. Organizers will enforce this code throughout the event. We expect cooperation from all participants to help ensure a safe environment for everybody.

EWTS EVERYWHERE CODE OF CONDUCT

BrainXchange is dedicated to providing a harassment-free digital event experience for everyone regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body type, race, age, ethnicity, religion, political views or technology choices. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants or event platform users in any form. Sexual language and imagery are inappropriate across the conference platform. Participants who violate these rules may have their digital profiles disabled without a refund at the discretion of the conference organizers.

Harassment includes but is not limited to

  • · Offensive comments (verbal, visual or text) related to gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance or body type,
     age, race, ethnicity, religion, political views or technology choices.
  • · Sexual images on the online platform
  • · Deliberate intimidation, stalking, harassing messages, sustained disruption of talks or other online forums, spamming online forums, and unwelcome sexual attention.

Participants asked to stop an harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.

Sponsors are also subject to this policy.

If a participant or platform user engages in harassing behavior, the conference organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender and removing them from the conference platform with no refund.

If you are being harassed or have any other concerns, please directly message a member of the event staff (any member of the BrainXchange team) immediately. Event staff can be identified on the online platform by a "Staff" badge next to their names. Alternatively, you can email support@brainxchange.events.

We expect participants to follow these rules across the online platform and during all conference-related digital activities.
