Brian McCarthy is responsible for the supply chain operations of Nature’s Best; the country’s largest privately held distributor of natural and organic products. Brian has been in the distribution industry for more than 25 years; ,leading dynamic operations at various levels of progressive responsibility. Brian has worked for organizations such as: S. E. Rykoff / Sexton, Multifoods Intl and Ameriserve Foodservice. Most recently, he has been responsible for leading the redesign of the Nature’s Best supply chain inclusive of systems integration, facility design, process engineering and organizational development.

Brian takes an educational approach to supply chain management working to create an atmosphere of execution and ownership while designing flexible and scalable supply chain operations. Brian lives in the City of Brea California with his wife and two children.
