Michael Perman’s career has been devoted to the creation of anything new. He’s currently Dean of Innovation and Creativity at Gap, Inc, where galvanizes teams to think and act differently, leading to the creation of new products, customer experiences, brands strategies and business models. Prior to joining GAP, Michael held multiple roles at Levi’s, including Senior Director of Global Marketing, Consumer Insights and Innovation.
Helped Levi’s turn-around the women’s business, enter the value channel, create new products, build brand engagement programs and enable social/digital communities to flourish. Prior to Levi’s, Michael was a principle in Brand New Corporation, an innovation consultancy providing advice to consumer brands such as Nike, Starbucks, Del Monte and General Mills.
