As Manager of Innovation System Design, Sharon works with the Newell Rubbermaid global community, their consumers, and partners to reset the way people think. Through a collaborative and repeatable creative process she works with teams to develop new ideas that challenge existing mindsets and unlock hidden potential and accelerate innovation and growth. Facilitating sessions for Newell Rubbermaid in North and South America, Europe, and Great Britain, Sharon’s work is global in scale and spans all business segments of the organization.

She also teaches innovative thinking and practices across the Newell community to inspire a new approach to problem-solving and build a culture of innovation. Fueled by a passion for design, her work at Newell Rubbermaid is a natural extension of her successful career as a brand and communication strategist. Her graphic design has been nationally recognized and includes clients such as Amway, Haworth, Herman Miller, Herman Miller Healthcare, The HON Company, Knoll, Spectrum Health, Stryker, and Whirlpool.
