Dan Pachko is currently a Director of IT at Worthington Industries, a leading global diversified metals manufacturing company. Pachko has over 24 years experience in Information Technology, including all facets, but primarily technical leadership roles in business process improvement, solution design & development, mergers and acquisitions, enterprise architecture, and advanced technology. Pachko takes special interest in applying teamwork and collaboration to innovation in order to get value-added results. Using an agile, fail fast-learn fast methodology, Pachko and his team have leveraged many mobile/wearable technologies to improve business outcomes. Pachko and his team have been recognized in the industry for their innovative results.

Pachko received a B.S. degree in Computer Science and Engineering from The Ohio State University. He has contributed to multiple technical organizations over the years. He is also an active member in the community and involved in many philanthropic efforts.
