Greg Smith, VDC Director for Skanska USA Building, achieves efficiency and quality by building outstanding project teams and leveraging innovative tools and processes. He brings 25 years experience developed at an Executive level leadership position providing engineering technical services to the Architectural, Engineering, and Construction industry while managing and developing sales and marketing strategies to facilitate the success of the services. Greg also served as an educator and adjunct Professor in developing architectural and engineering drafting/design curriculum, and providing instruction in various software applications. In his spare time, Greg is the founder and executive director of “Success Thru Sports”, a non-profit corporation dedicated to helping disadvantaged kids develop leadership and life skills through athletics.
