Bradd has been hired to deliver value to the enterprise by proactively offering broad, cutting-edge approaches for growing business and creating innovation across the organization for municipalities, health care, aerospace and non-profits. Bradd has a Bachelor of Science and MBA from Pacific Lutheran University, with an emphasis in Technology and Innovation Management. He is a certified Change Management practitioner, a board member of the PNW Chapter of Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP), recognized by the Business Examiner as one of South Sound’s 40 under 40 and is an adjunct faculty member in the Morken School of Business at Pacific Lutheran University. Bradd outkicked his coverage and has been married for 17 years and has two beautiful children who look like their mother, Andrés (8) & Olivia (6).
