Ken Hubbell is the SVP, Senior Manager of Instructional Design Strategy & Innovation at Wells Fargo. Ken is a jack-of-all-trades in the L&D technology world, including developing tools for Adobe Shockwave 3D, writing books and producing videos, creating skills for Amazon Alexa, and building training simulations for NASA rocket scientists. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Product Design and a Master’s Degree in Instructional Design Technology, he usually has one hand in the code and the other building creative teams that leverage emerging technologies to improve user experience and increase behavioral transformation. His award winning solutions have helped transform learning programs for Prudential Securities, Ingersoll Rand, NASA, the FAA, and many others. He currently heads up strategy and innovation for Wells Fargo's global Learning & Development organization, and his organization, Transhuman Resources, is focused on revolutionizing teams in the 21st century.
