Tacha is a Technology Director at State Farm Insurance and is responsible for their Digital Transformation, with a focus on delivering outstanding and innovative customer experiences.  Tacha started at State Farm as a developer, and has since led many successful teams, including Cloud Computing, Architecture  & Engineering,  Customer Communications, Agent Mobile applications, Workforce transformation, and many others.  

Tacha’s passion for innovation was sparked when she discovered the many opportunities for XR to enhance Digital experiences at State Farm. This spark led her to establish the first XR team in State Farm’s Enterprise Technology department.  Her team of highly skilled professionals is breaking ground and creating XR experiences that are delighting customers.

Tacha is recognized as an sincere and inclusive leader.  She enjoys educating people on technology and  is committed to mentoring others to use their natural skills, talents and abilities to fulfill their goals.    

Outside of work, Tacha’s interests are as diverse as her professional experiences.  And although traveling,  outdoor activities, and decorating (and redecorating) her home are things she really enjoys; nothing compares to the time spent with her husband Dan, her children and grandchildren in their rural central Illinois home.
