All attendees are responsible for booking their own lodging accommodations and travel.
Discounted Hotel Room Block Rate - BrainXchange has secured a group room block rate at the Town & Country Hotel, which is $195 USD per night, plus taxes. The rate covers room nights from 10/19/2020 to 10/21/2020. Your group rates will be honored for your attendees three (3) days before group arrival and three (3) days after group departure based on availability.
Hotel Room Block Cut-Off Date: The discounted hotel room block rate expires on Monday, September 28th, 2020.

Meeting & Event Space:
EWTS will be occupying the entire Meeting & Event space at the Town and Country San Diego for the duration of the conference. All the event proceedings and official conference activities will take place in this space.
Meeting & Event Space Locations to Note:
When you arrive, please proceed to the attendee registration desk located at entrance of the main stage to pick up your name badge and other conference materials (Ex. t-shirt and workbook).
Please have a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license or passport) to pick up your badge onsite. Badges will not be issued without a photo ID. Please wear your badge at all times inside the venue. Picking up badges on behalf of a colleague is not permitted.
Please note the pass type under which you registered to see what’s included in your attendance. Upon completing registration, you should have received an email outlining what your pass type includes.

Profiles: Customized, business-oriented data fields, giving others in the community details about your company and expertise, and giving you similar information about them. There is a “Sponsors” tab on the sidebar of the app, where users can learn more about each sponsor.
Connections: Use profile information to make connections with other app users who have similar interests and may become potential partners. Use the “Contact Scan” feature on-site to capture attendees’ contact information.
Private Messaging: Have private conversations with other app users. You can view all attendees, sort by company, and see a list of speakers. Click on a user’s profile to send a message.
Activity Streams: View the activities of other app users, including comments and photos they post. Other opportunities include threaded commenting, “liking,” and @mentions.
Notifications: Get notifications about the Activity Stream and your message inbox. You can also view the conference schedule and follow a live Twitter feed of the conference hashtag within the app.
